The Training Bureau is a specialized function responsible for coordinating, conducting and supervising all law enforcement training activities, career development of agency personnel, and recruitment and selection process for sworn and civilian personnel.

The Planning and Research Bureau is a specialized function responsible for planning, conducting, and documenting detailed research as directed by the Chief and maintaining law enforcement accreditation.
